Standard Full Board:
12x12 matted box stalls with ample ventilation and generously bedded with heart
pine shavings.  Stalls have extra large hay racks, blanket rack,  and automatic
waterers.
12x28 tack room including private bathroom, washer, dryer, saddle racks with
separate saddle pad bar, cabinets, etc.  
Twice daily feeding customized to each horse’s dietary needs including Nutrena
grain and local high quality Russell Hay during the day and perennial peanut hay in
stalls.  
Group and individualized turnout available.  All new horses in group turnout are
monitored and introduced slowly to find a suitable “buddy”.  
Pasture is over seeded in spring and fall.  All paddocks are shaded by the branches
of Live Oak trees.   Free choice of coastal hay throughout the day.    
13 stall barn has concrete alleyways with four sets of cross ties and two wash racks.
Training facility has full size 20m x 60m Premier Sundancer Olympic dressage ring,
full course of jumps in sand ring, 100’ round pen, and lighted paddock.
Blanketing On/Off is included in full board.
Additional Supplements to be provided at owners expense and must be either
SmartPaK  or bagged by owner.
Regularly scheduled certified farrier, chiropractor, and vet appointments.  
No charge for parking trailer on premisis.
Barn will spray your horse down with fly spray twice daily if owner provides.
Fly prevention includes monthly release of Fly Predators, Simplify feed through fly
control,  and manure is spread daily in adjacent location away from paddocks and
barn.  
Horses are turned out for approximately 12 hours each day weather permitting.  
Summer fans located in alleyways and in stalls.   
Lessons and training available.  Monthly clinics hosting Aiken trainers in various
disciplines available for participation and auditing for all levels.  
Additional services and customized boarding packages available to meet each
individuals needs.
